Every HABIVON capsule is produced under one roof in our Chengdu plant. The process starts with a welded aluminium alloy frame, moves through insulation and waterproofing, then glazing, MEP and interior fit-out, and ends with a multi-stage inspection covering structure, water-tightness and finishes.

Because the whole unit is completed in a controlled factory environment, on-site work is reduced to positioning, levelling and connecting utilities — a difference of weeks compared with conventional construction.
